MAILING  INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

To safely mail your watch, securely wrap the watch in bubble wrap. Never write "watch" on the box. Ship using a premium carrier (USPS), opt for full insurance coverage, and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Key Mailing Best Practices
• Double Box:Never ship a watch solely in its original manufacturer box, as this attracts theft. Place the watch or its inner box into a sturdy Flat Rate Box. (outer cardboard box)

Protect the Case:Wrap the watch generously in bubble wrap so it cannot move or rub against itself. Place any loose parts like extra links or pins in a sealed Ziplock bag.

Disguise the Contents: Do not use words like "Rolex," "watch," or "luxury" on the exterior label. Instead, declare it as a "precision instrument" or "electronic device" to avoid theft.

Photograph/Video the Watch: Before you seal the box, take photos and a quick video of the watch running and its overall condition. This helps resolve disputes if it gets damaged.

Insure Properly: Standard shipping only covers up to $100 for watches. You must explicitly purchase additional shipping insurance that covers the full replacement value of the watch. Clearly Optional 

Use Signature Confirmation: Never let a carrier leave a high-value watch on a doorstep; always use an adult signature requirement.
